This very demanding Par 3 set at 242 yards is a fantastic golf hole and the envy of many other local clubs. The tee shot is played between two large groups of firs which sit 50 yards in front of the player. Many a good hit has found wood here leaving a 2nd shot of 200 yards or so to a green entrance that’s less than ten yards wide. Two deep bunkers are neatly positioned left and right at the green so miss the green pin high on either side will leave the player another really tough task of even finding the putting surface let alone a chance to save par. The green sits up like an up turned saucer which in the summer is a very intimidating target indeed. A par here feels like a birdie and at least one shot or more gained on the field.
